In Treatment of Skin infections Execare-F Cream is used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria such as impetigo (red sores on face), infection in the hair follicle, sycosis barbae (infection of the bearded skin), paronychia (infection of the skin surrounding a fingernail or toenail), erythrasma (infection with brown, scaly skin patches, especially in the folds of the body), etc. It may also be used to prevent infections in small cuts or wounds on your skin. Execare-F Cream gives relief from pain, swelling, redness, itching, discomfort at the affected area and speeds up the healing process. You may notice your skin starting to get better within 4-5 days. Keep using Execare-F Cream for as long as it is prescribed.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
This medication is designated for external application solely. Utilize it according to the dosage and duration instructed by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
Execare-F Cream is a combination of two medicines: Halometasone and Fusidic Acid which treat skin infections. Halometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Fusidic Acid is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

If a dose of Execare-F Cream is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
