However, if your chest pain does not go away after 15 minutes, you should get urgent medical attention. This could be a sign of a heart attack. Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR also helps prevent chest pain if taken before exercising or doing other strenuous activities.

Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
How Glyrate Tablet CR works Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR is a nitrate. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart while reducing its work load, thereby preventing/treating attacks of angina (chest pain).
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
There is limited information available on the use of Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Glyrate 2.6 Tablet CR is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
