In Bacterial infections Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection contains two different medicines, Cefepime and Tazobactum, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Cefipime works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Tazobactum reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefipime against bacteria. Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection can be used to treat many different bacterial infections. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Cefepime and Tazobactum. Cefepime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Tazobactum is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which blocks the action of enzymes produced by bacteria to inactivate cefepime. Addition of Tazobactum reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefepime against bacteria.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Not Safe: Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Caution Advised: Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Magnova 1000 mg/125 mg Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
