How Rtist Tablet DT works Rtist 150mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.
Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Rtist 150mg Tablet DT may lead to excessive drowsiness.
Rtist 150mg Tablet DT is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Rtist 150mg Tablet DT is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.Avoid prolonged use of Rtist 150mg Tablet DT, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.
Rtist 150mg Tablet DT may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Rtist 150mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rtist 150mg Tablet DT may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Rtist 150mg Tablet DT is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rtist 150mg Tablet DT may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If a dose of Rtist 150mg Tablet DT is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
