Continue taking it for as long as the doctor may advise you to. You need to take this medicine regularly to get the most out of it. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated. In Constipation Tibs 6mg Tablet helps to stimulate bowel movements. It increases the movement of the intestines, this helps empty your bowels and relieve constipation. Emptying of both solid and liquid wastes, relieves the pain and discomfort caused due to constipation and improves your quality of life. Eat more high-fiber foods including fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation from happening.
