In Treatment of Severe acute pain Ultraspas Tablet effectively relieves sudden pain that is severe and bothersome. It helps treat muscle spasms or contractions in the stomach and intestine (gut), thereby relaxing the muscles and improving movement of food. It also blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Take Ultraspas Tablet as prescribed to get maximum benefit. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a more active and better quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ultraspas Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Ultraspas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Not Safe: Ultraspas Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Ultraspas Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
Caution Advised: Ultraspas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ultraspas Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Ultraspas Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
